Mr. Mersman moved the company to Celina, Ohio in 1900 when he was offered $7500 from the City Of Celina with the agreement that he would employ twenty-five people six months of the year for two years. By 1906 the company had grown to employ one hundred twenty five workers, and ten traveling salesman, shipping high quality furniture all over the United States and Canada.
